A room of immense character in its design and furnishing, this our smallest suite still provides 40sqm of accommodation. We wanted to bring a real sense of what this workshop's role had been on the farm, while still creating a modern and comfortable place to stay.  Incorporating elements of the old corrugated roofing and even a farm workbench with vice, this room is rather unique and special.

The suite contains a full kitchen area with a combined microwave and conventional oven; dining can be indoors at the table, or outdoors on the private terrace if weather allows.

The dressing room and shower room continue the strong workshop theme, including the washbasin atop an antique sewing machine base and wall art made up of tools salvaged from local craftsmen.  Not forgetting the important good nights sleep from the reclaimed wooden bed, Hypnos mattress, luxurious linens and we think the most comfortable pillows you will have laid your head on.

The Old Workshop is our only room that is wheelchair accessible. It has its own parking area with level access through a private gate, onto the terrace and into the room.

Like all our suites, we have included what we hope is everything you need to have a comfortable, enjoyable and also practical stay. It's all been personally chosen and tested by us and we try to constantly refine and improve things based on feedback from those who choose to stay here.
