There is undercover parking with type 2 EV charging facilities available for guests.
Our closest station is Cambridge North which is a 10-15 min taxi ride away. It is slightly further from Cambridge Central station
Trains run every 30mins during the day from all Cambridge stations to and from central London.
London Stansted is the closest airport at 40mins followed by London Luton at 70mins and London Heathrow 90-100mins.
Should the need arise we can also accommodate helicopter landings in our grounds.
Walking:
The best way to enjoy the village is on foot. From the back gate of the estate it is only a 5 min walk into the village centre with its shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There are also a number of good walking and running routes around the village and through the local fields. We will happily provide recommendations.
Biking:
There is an excellent car free track that runs next to the busway just 2 mins from our front gate. Heading north you can get to St Ives, with its market town heritage and riverfront; heading south takes you into Cambridge. Histon Road also offers a direct, cycle-friendly route straight into the centre of Cambridge in 20-25mins.
Vol E-bikes and Scooters:
If you do not have your own bike, you can rent an electric bike or scooter from Voi, which operates around the village and into Cambridge. There are Voi parking spots opposite our Park Lane entrance and outside Tesco Express on the high street. Download the Voi app to gain access and purchase ride time. Tip: on a sunny day, a Voi all-day pass is a fun way to get around Cambridge for around £10.
Buses:
The most convenient bus stop is on Winders Lane, via the side entrance of our property. Here you can catch the number 8 bus into Cambridge. The service is run by Stagecoach, so check their website or download their app for the timetable. At peak times, buses are every 30 minutes. Not the fastest way into to the city but its cheap!
